Holiday Meets 2020

Each year our Areas & Groups host Holiday meets at lovely venues all over the country, so that you can explore our England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland.  So below are the venues for  2020 and full details can be found in "Out & About" in your monthly Club magazine (in the Blue edged pages).  So you can plan your holiday in our Beautiful country. Whatever your unit you will be made welcome at any of our Holiday meets

There is a limited Bus Service from site - Mon - Fri to local Towns & Markets - Batt charging avail (Donation to Charity).

Quex House & Gardens & Powell Cotton Museum, Manston Road Birchington CT7 0BH - MR179/308679. From A299 towards Margate at St Nicholas R/About take B2048 then follow Brown Signs to Quex Park, go past main entrance and take 1st turning Left into Manston Road, site on left clearly marked.  This is a peaceful flat site with views of Quex House, stroll into the grounds of Quex where you can visit the House, Gardens & Museum or visit the Garden Centre or for families there is Jungle Jims and a Minature Golf Course.  There are 2 restaurants on site and a farm shop and a Craft Village.  Within walking distance of Birchington with many shops and eateries or you can catch a bus to visit the Isle of Thanet with its lovely beaches.  There is also Broadstairs Folk Festival and Herne Bay Airshow to visit from this site
