To help everybody learn names we have been trying to remember to put up cards with our names on our vans at rallies.  There will be 6 Free raffles every year at rallies where all with names showing on their vans will be entered.  The prize is a bottle of wine.

At almost every rally we have a free fire bucket raffle.  If you have a bucket containing water outside your van you will be entered if there on the day of the raffle.  The day varies.  Again the prize is a bottle of wine.

Please consider being a steward for a day

There are days when you will be on site anyway. Offer to be a steward for a particular day and give the steward a day off to go off site or just chill out.

What does a steward for the day do?

Write the details of arrivals on the rally sheet and show campers to a pitch.

Take payment from people who are leaving.

10:30 Wander to the tent for morning coffee and be friendly to people.

7:30 Meet in the tent for a chat or a game unless there is something else on the programme.

What reward does a steward for the day get?

It's a great way of getting to know people better.

You'll get a free night.

You will become one of the 'glorious people' who get priority 1 booking at booked Section rallies.

The steward who got the day off will love them.

What days don't we use a steward for the day?

Any Cairnsmill rally. The first two and the last three days of a holiday rally. It's too busy and we want to give stewards for the day an easy day.

Please offer. The steward may have a reason why a day is not suitable and suggest another. Speak to the steward
